My series has the trigger "event is signup" and some audience filters. The preview audience indicates 18 matches but when I set the series live, it shows 0 matches. Any ideas? Thanks!

We'd need to take a look at your series set up and the rules for the audience. Have these users come online since setting the series live? If you'd like us to dig deeper, would you mind sending us a message through the Messenger with a link to the Series and a link to a couple of users that should match but haven't received the message please? 🙏

Thanks for the reply. Issue resolved with Intercom Support. Note that sequence matters when using both Audience and Trigger rules; Audience rules apply first.
