Possible to condition an email sent regarding a previous email received?

Hello Interconnected, I hope everyone is doing well! I am creating an onboarding flow thanks to Outbound and I was wondering if you can condition a specific email sent regarding a previous email received? For instance:IF I received this email before AND I am on the target audience THEN I receive this email. Thank you in advance!
