Send Push notification and Carousel simultaneously

Hi folks!

I set up a Carousel to push an important offer to the users. However, users would only see it if they open the app. So I decided to send a Push Notification to nudge the user to open the app, hoping they would then see the Carousel.

The unfortunate thing is that the Push notification seems to cancel the Carousel. When we tested them between us, we didn't receive the Carousel when we clicked on the Push notification.

How can I send a push notification with a Carousel? or is there another way to go about this?

Hey @Grey Rocket 783​, did you set up these two messages within a Series? If not, this would be the best way to trigger a Carousel based on a Push message.

Hey @eric f11​ we did try the Series route. Didn't seem to work. Will give it a try again. Any tips on how to properly set the Series up?
