Trying to expand a youtube video in a pointer returns a 'full screen not available' message. How do I expand it? | Community

I have a pointer, highlighting one of our products. In the pointer, I give a quick two sentence description and have a demo youtube video embedded. When I view it, it only shows in the little thumbnail. Clicking full screen comes back with a 'full screen not available' message. How do I get it to show larger?
