Do wait blocks only let users through if they meet the rules? Mine meet the rules just get stuck as still waiting when I test as 1 min wait.or do wait blocks take a lot longer that 1 min even though 1 min set. I have been waiting for hours.I di think when testing wait blocks didn't work if they had no name. But that doesn't seem to fix anyway. Absolutely lost here, spent 20 hours trying to get this to work. Putting it down to an intercom bug.Bueller?

Hey @troy bRacheal from the support engineer team here👋Wait blocks will wait the specified amount of time for users to pass through. If you have rules set up as well, yes users must match the rules in order to move on. It is hard to say what's happening here without more context but it sounds as if your users may not be matching to move forward. You can check what stage your users are on within the Series node stats:
