Why are Rules disengaging all of my audience?

Question

Do I not understand Series? Something isn't adding up. I am attempting to add Rules to a Series to accomplish the following: I send one emailIf someone doesn't open it, they go on one path and get a couple moreIf someone opens it but doesn't click the link, they go on another and get a couple more I set Rules to cover these parameters, but it automatically disengages my entire audience. So...now what? I'm just stuck making a new Series? People are just...disengaged and that's it? Can I restart it? This has been very frustrating. Second question...how the heck do I troubleshoot and test these things?! thanks

@luke g​, Sorry missed your comment here, next time try to tag me please. Here's the problem: - Hasn't opened the email: Laura - First upgrade em...- Hasn't clicked a link in the e-mail: Laura - Thursda... This are two different e-mails, that's why users disengaging. You should fix this.
