Why is my product tour having a delayed reaction and then getting stuck on one screen?

Building a product tour, I have created all the slides, but after the 3rd slide or pop up and click next, the correlating screen does not load, it stays on one screen for the remainder of the tour.

Hey @heather w11​,As Roy has mentioned - screenshots are key! Your best bet is to go in and edit your product tour and head to the screen that is not appearing. Sometimes the pointers can fall off the CSS, (especially if you're updating your app) which can be ca cause of this. You can then re-point, or fix up the issue.
