I tested my product tour and it worked perfectly, however now it has stopped working. I have built it again and still no joy. It is aimed at just users on the first visit to the page. Any ideas or suggestions?

Hi @sally Did you try ask for support using Intercom Messenger? I had similar problem before, and Intercom support helped me fix this.
