Will my customers be received the same message?

Question

I planned to create many series, and it would contain the same message (the same box). I wonder if Intercom will detect it and won't send the message repeatedly.  So, my question is "Will my customers be received the same message?" Let me know if the question isn't clear, I'm more than happy to clarify further. Thank you.

Hey @user1014​! If you add the same message to multiple Series, it will send a copy to each customer per Series. This is because, when you add a message to a Series, Intercom makes a copy of the message (with a different message ID) so it isn't treated as the "same" message across each Series.
