Choose the logic behind Audience rules for companies

It would be good to be able to choose which logic to apply in terms of company, for the users with multiples companies
Right now, the logic is: if there is at least one company that matches, the rule, then the rule will be applied.

It would be good to be able to have the possibility to choose the option: if at least one company does not match, then do not apply the rule

Hi @Erinea Ravasio

Jennifer here from Intercom

You can use the Apply Rules Action if you want to set conditions for specific actions. For example, if a user writes in and mention the words "cancel" or "refund", you can apply a specific action like mark as a priority, assign to a specific Inbox and Tag the conversation:

Here are the available Actions and you can also set conversation attributes if you use them:

This would be applicable for what you're asking to by using the Company name for example

Hope this helps

Hi

Thanks for the suggestion, but not really what I asked I am afraid.

We have unfortunately a lot of company duplicates in our database, and we would like to launch some product tours.

the way we use to distinguish the company plan, is through a customised field.

if that field contains a number then, something X to happen.

Having duplicates, and having the current logic, if at least one of the company has that number, then the product tour will start.
But what is the other company is the correct one and does not have any number in? then the Y needs to happen.

We would like to have the option to choose the rule “set it live if at least one company has it” or “do not set live if at least 1 company does not have it”
