Product configuration Issue

Hi, while trying to configure product tour on our test website I am getting this error.

I am not sure what is causing this. I am hopping to get some help. This is a NextJs application.

Just to clarify, do you have the Messenger installed on the page you’re looking to build the Product tour on?

Also do you know if the Messenger has been installed inside of an additional iframe?

I am following this documentation https://developers.intercom.com/installing-intercom/web/installation#intercomboot-intercomsettings using npm install messenger sdk and configured Intercom in components where I need it available but I am still not able to configure the product tour due to the error mentioned above.

I’ve seen similar issues sometimes it helps just to clear the browser data (I know right) but it works in most cases.

Worth trying.
