How can I personalise the chat launcher?

How would it be possible to visually change the chat launcher?
The default widget is not too accessible for users unless they accidently happen to find it.
Is it possible to increase the size - give a pop up transition, which isnt natively possible?

​@Montreal College You can setup Custom Launcher with these instructions but about your second request you can do this built-in by setting up a popup to automatically launch and engage with new customers on the site for the first time (or every time) they visit to help them know where to engage with support.

    Hi,

    It is possible to visually change the chat launcher by creating a Custom Launcher. This lets you really customize its look, though bumping up the size or adding a pop-up transition isn't something that comes out of the box.
