How to get statistics of the number of tickets created by a specific agent ?

Hello 👋  

I’d like to get some info about how can I create a report where I can see how many tickets are created by specific agents.

Hi there, It’s Mat from the Support Engineering Team 😀

You can create a custom report with new ticket metrics, segmented by teammate currently assigned.
It should give you the most accurate number of tickets created by each teammate.

Hello)
But this metric only shows tickets that are currently assigned for now. What if a ticket was created by one teammate and after several messages with the customer had been reassigned to another teammate? This metric will show the second teammate, not the one who created the ticket, right?
