Reopen - add assigned rep prior to reopen/action

You already have “Teammate assigned when action performed” in which this will tell us rep assigned for the reopen action.

I would suggest to also add the assigned rep prior to reopen, this will help us identify reps that did not deliver full resolution and will be eligible for uptraining or any knowledge improvement to help the team
