What are some phrasing suggestions for the resolution bot to ask, in order to encourage people to phrase their question in a succinct manner?

Hey, we literally ask them to ask a question using the interrogative words & keywords: "...or ask a question in the chatbox below, using keywords and interrogative words (how/when/what).
For example: How can I check-in a guest?"
and in most cases it helps :)
