Hi Ayang, I don’t think I’ve encountered something similar when starting a conversation or opening a ticket. Do you have a screenshot of what you mean? I might be able to figure it out.
As an alternative, you could also reach out to Intercom Support. It takes a while before you get a live agent, but they are super helpful.
@User1705 Yep I’ve reached out to their support team but no answer yet. I only have a video which I can’t upload here it seems but it’s just clicking create a ticket and then a client is populated already
