Intercom Slack Notification - can I add more context to the notification?

Hey, 

I’m using your “Intercom notification” app to get slack notifications for new conversations I get in intercom.

Currently, it looks like this: 

Is is possible to add more details here like: email address of the contact, urgency, topic etc?

It doesn’t explain much when you only see this data.

Hey ​@Mor Cohen , answering here as well as in Support Driven! This might actually be another way to use a webhook. You will probably be able to post to Slack via a webhook and customise what gets posted over instead of the default information. 

I haven't tried that out, but looking at the documentation it seems very doable.

@Mor Cohen From my understanding you can’t add any additional details, but I’m going to follow this thread in case anything has changed since we last asked and someone else has a suggestion for you. What we ended up doing is building in a tag within our workflows for “high priority” topics and then created a specific Slack channel for those conversations.
