Support Chat At Bottom Right Corner Disappears

Hi,

 

I am experiencing an issue where the Chat Support icon at the bottom right corner of the Intercom dashboard disappears.

 

Now I could not know where to find the conversation I was having with support team.

 

Do any of you experience the same?

@42 Assistant  That’s very strange that the chat bubble has disappeared for you, but you should be able to go to the bottom left menu by clicking on your avatar and clicking on Intercom Help Center -- the chat bubble should appear there as well. 

Hope this helps as an interim solution until you figure out why the chat bubble is missing on the dashboard.
