Hi there,

We are interested in defining a customer complaint form which users can search for in the help centre. Does anyone know if we can do this using OOTB functionality?

Thanks,

Rob

Hi @Robert Thorne !

There isn’t a way to include a form as it’s own article in the Help Center. However, you can use the Intercom Messenger (which is located in your Help Center) for customers to lodge complaints.

Another option could be to include a link in an article that takes a customer to a page of your site that automatically pops up the Intercom Messenger to a specific Workflow that includes a Customer-Facing Ticket where a User can file a complaint.
