Can´t find SLA button on automation flows

When creating a automation flow, i want to assign SLA time as is mentioned in the article, but cant find the button  https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/6546152-hit-your-response-time-targets-with-sla-rules

is there any aditional settingd need to be done?
