Hey all! 🙂 So, I've asked about adding this feature in the past to development, but does anyone know of a way to search out key word matching Closed conversations with Leads. We were asked about corporate gift packages and I cannot seem for the life of me to be able to seek out the conversation I am referencing to show the company heads what the request was in the words of the woman who reached out.

I'm scrolling through Closed conversations and know roughly the range of dates this conversation occurred on Chat, but am I missing something in knowing an easier way to do this? ?
