When starting a Side conversation, the Conversations details UI, is no longer visible,
Is it possible to to either change the UI so it opens the side onversation in a smaller window so the detail page doesn't dissapear? Or is there some kind of work-around available for this?

It does actually still appear, as can even be seen in your screenshot =)
I’ve also recorded a very quick video going over side conversations and the Details Tab:
Do let me know if this is what you were after. Personally, I’d absolutely love to see a side-conversation-style interface that allows agents to work on two different conversations at the same time. What are your thoughts on that? I reckon it would be a bit of a game-changer!
