Use AI to analyze articles from external questions

We’d like to utilize CoPilot/Fin AI to analyze our articles housed in intercom when we receive external questions. For example, if a staff member is emailed a question, opposed to it entered as a support ticket, we’d like to ask the question and be provided a suggested response. Is there any workflow available for something like this? Thanks!

If your staff member has access to Intercom then they could use CoPilot within it to ask the question.

 

However, something Intercom recently show cased was Fin over API - there’s a demo at https://www.intercom.com/ideas/demos-and-prototypes/ which sounds more like more what you may want.We’re keen to try this out and maybe build a Slack bot that our team can use internally to ask questions of the knowledge in Intercom.
