We create a outbound message-tour, and it doesn’t work as expected. The state is live, no error at all, everything seems good

But when we test it, it’s not there.

 

Hey ​@Lynna, I’d be happy to help work this out. Can you share a screenshot of the filters you’re using for this product tour? And, a description of the users that you’d like to send this to. Thanks! 

​@Lynna in my experience, 99% of the issues are related to CSS. Could you indeed send the screenshot of the first step trigger (with the CSS element the tour is hooked on) and the URL of the page if it’s accessible?
