Please help me understand how do we send in-app post after successful login throughout the transactional message?

Hello @prasanna ,

To better understand your case, do you want to send an in-app message after every successfully log-in?

If so best way to do that is to use Transaction messages 👀

  1. You need to send the event to Intercom on every successful user login;
  2. Then configure post or chat message on the event;
  3. Launch your message to live.

More detailed information:

1. There are two ways to do this via Javascript or API.

Sending event via Javascript / Sending Event via API;

2. Configure Post/Chat message:

3. Launch the following message:

Let me know if you need additional help on this case, always happy to help.
