Sending outbound message on behalf of the teammate whose status says "away"

Hello!

I have set up an outbound post, and I want it to have the name of one of my teammates in the "from" field. I would expect that when the user receives and opens this post, this teammate will show as "active" on the post, but the problem is that in case this teammate has been inactive lately it will say that he/she is "away". But from the user's perspective it doesn't make sense - when you receive a message from someone you expect them to be "active". Is there a way to change that? Like a setting that would say that this teammate is always "active"? Or something similar?

Thank you!

Hi @olena m11 I don't think this is a possibility at this point. I took a look through the settings and this article but I can't see any way to chance or remove it.

Might be a good one to add to the product wishlist group in these forums.
