Can I use Zapier to send messages in Intercom based on actions in another app?

Hi There,

 

I would like to send a message to a specific user in our app trough intercom on certain situations.

 

I was thinking of creating a custom attribute for my users and when that attribute contains a certain "value", to trigger the message. I am using Zapier to do this

 

Has anyone tried this out ? When I try to update that attribute value with Zapier...nothing seems to happen.

@raphael (​  We do not provide support for any third party integration. I would suggest you check with the support team of the app that you have integrated Intercom using Zapier. They will be able to assist you better. If you feel that this is something we could help then kindly start a conversation from the Messenger in your workspace and send the details of the app, the user link in Intercom and the custom attribute that you are trying to update.
