Is there a difference between setting the rule 'wait for 1 day' and 'last contacted > 1 day'?

This is in case of series where I'd like users to not receive product tours in succession.

Hi @user368 , Of course, there is a difference between "wait for 1 day" and "last contacted > 1 day".

Wait for 1 day - means that Intercom should wait for 1 day and then move to a different task

Last contacted - are time were you last contacted to user/lead via auto/manual message or reply in a conversation.

Like if you created a series and send a customer e-mail today, the last contact date will be updated. Meanwhile, if you reply to your customer's conversation, send a manual message or different series to reach them - the last contact date still will be updated.

Let me know if it's clear now, okay?
