If you have a specific list of users/leads, you can import this CSV file of users/leads into Intercom and tag them with a specific tag. This tag can then be later used to filter them into the audience of the message/email.

This is how it will look when you tag the users 👇🏼
Note - the CSV must contain the users email addresses and if applicable, their user ID's too.
