Hi all!

I would like to create a product tour, and I am having some trouble since one of the pages that I'd like to add is a pop-up and the URL does not change from the previous screen. Is there a way I can get Intercom to recognize the new page (even with the same URL as the previous one)? Intercom sent me this article, but I am wondering if there is a more simple solution that does not involve changing the code.

    @Amina I have this problem all the time and it’s been really frustrating. I also don’t want to bother devs with code, so the only workaround I have used isn’t really a workaround. I create a gif of basically what would come next and stick that in a post/pointer. It’s not really a fix, and definitely limits my product tour abilities.
