Is it possible to create a custom action where I make a Post request (Multipart request) and want to attach the image that the user shared in chat? If yes then please guide me on how can I achieve that action.

I don't believe that this is something that can be achieved right now. Custom actions are moreso designed to be used to retrieve data from your own API endpoints and initialise the data in Intercom. We don't currently offer an endpoint that will retrieve an image from a conversation in Intercom.
