Why is my Messenger ping timing out?

I cannot integrate to my web site.

POST https://api-iam.intercom.io/messenger/web/pingnet::ERR_TIMED_OUT

 

I did flow the integration to my web page but I got the error and dont know why.

Im sure that I check all steps, copy script from the dashboard(included the app_id)...

This took me a very long time. please help.

Im using trial plan.

By the way, I tried run from my local, deployed ngrok or to cloud server to run https, its same problem.

Even your own Widget can't appear in Vietnam. Please check Intercom. I'm happy to use it for my company but it not work.
