Salesforce Contact/Leads do not show updates when made to Intercom records

We are using the Salesforce app through the marketplace, Also we have mapped some Intercom attributes with Salesforce custom fields on the Intercom. Following are some of the attributes which are mapped with salesforce fields:

  • UTM Campaign
  • UTM Content
  • UTM Medium
  • UTM Source
  • UTM Term
  • NPS_comment
  • NPS_rating

We are facing some issues with the sync, The Salesforce Contact/Leads do not show updates when made to Intercom records.

Can you ensure that you:

  1. Are mapping your users with the correct identifier (ID/Email)?
  2. You've taken an action that would trigger the sync from Intercom > Salesforce, and vice versa?

 

If you see no issues with your current settings, contact us via the Messenger and we'll investigate the issue 👍
