Hi! My name is Linda Detwiler. I'm the Customer Sucess Manager with Pivot Interactives, an online science education platform making active learning engaging and accessible, no matter your location. I'm particularly interested in tips and tricks on using series and product tours; I've tried my hand at both and failed miserably.
Fun fact: I have no business background!😅 I was a chemist then a chemistry and physics teacher before I landed this PD gig.

I've got zero tech background, either - my undergrad was in journalism and I started in support at Intercom before working my way up!
