Hey Y'all — I'm Alex!
I'm the Head of Customer Success at Candid Wholesale, but I also oversee the sales and engagement teams, because #startups. Candid is a SaaS platform for wholesale buyers, sellers, and reps to seamlessly track all wholesale transactional data and communications in one place. I've been at Candid for about 10 months now.
Experience wise, I've used Zendesk rigorously in the past but am new to Intercom. We are currently only using Intercom for chat, articles and a few select tours. I am really looking to dive into expanding our touring and automation capabilities to help create a seamless onboarding process for our members.
