Some context - our company is in the process of launching a new model, so we're going to have legacy customers that are on old plans with old policies, and then we'll have new customers that have new plans and policies. Lots of macros 😅 To start, I'm thinking we'll add the plan name or "legacy" to the title for old macros so they are distinguished from the rest.

Hi, we had the same problem here.

Our cleaning also helped to give faster responses.

I'd recommed you to put them all on a spreadsheet title, answer

Then, you could separete them into bigger subjects. Such as features, payment, and so on.

You'll start to realize some patterns, and be able to delete or upgrade some macros.

Hope it helps, let me know if you need some more help

Very helpful @user682 ! Thanks for sharing what's worked for you. Does your team include the category/theme in the macro title?

@user140 My team has themes/product areas or customer names in the title before each macro, which has helped a lot. Another thing - for our 5 most used - we number them with a "1." "2." "3." "4." "5." so they are accessible as soon as you click on the macro icon :)

Yeah, mainly to make easier to find. Sometimes we get lost 😂

Hi @user140 . What @kevin r12 said above. We use the product version and section on macro names. e.g. "[2] SSO > How to set up". We keep all our macros in a Notion table. This helps us to track and keep them updated.
