I'm very happy to be here :)
I'm a Customer Engagement Manager at Cloudinary, and our entire engagement process based on Intercom.
We also developed set of tools to help us work better with Intercom-
- Data Connector - This tool allow anyone to tag users, or add events and attributes easily based on our entire data warehouse so we can create a camping or a message based on this data.
- CMS integration - Two way sync between our CMS and managed communication system with Intercom.
Because I'm also a software engineer I'm enjoying both worlds! Engineering and Engagement.
Looking forward to connecting and learning more about Intercom and it's been used on other companies.
