How to trigger Instagram auto-like service via Intercom Webhooks?

I'm looking to integrate an external service that delivers automated Instagram likes after specific user actions on my website. For example, after a user completes an onboarding message or reaches a goal in a Series flow, I’d like Intercom to trigger a webhook call to an external URL like this one.

Is it possible to set up this kind of automation using Intercom’s webhooks or custom actions within the Series builder? Any guidance on setting up payloads, security, or best practices would be much appreciated.

@InstaSocialCore interesting use case!

I think you might find what you need using Custom Actions but it depends on if the thing you are trying to use as a trigger has a way to detect it.

Unfortunately Goals in campaigns don't really have a way to trigger an action based on it but the action that determines that success should.

If an audience can be created for it then you probably can create an action from it.

This could be a very interesting feature request as well on it's own being able to do something based on if someone meets the goal of a campaign.

I think in a series you should be able to add an item in the series that fires another workflow based on the person reaching that step and use a custom action in that workflow though so hopefully that gets you part of what you need.

On the other hand I'm not so sure about the premise of buying Instagram likes but that's not the question you asked here 😁

Hope this helps! I am very curious now so if you get it working would be interested to hear if this helped.

I was thinking you could also try Zapier, Pipedream or Make but I don't think the events you are looking for would be available via these services. Potentially if you could tag a user during the workflow you could trigger something like this but it depends if you have all the info you need to complete the action.
