Can I set up articles so that links to the next help article go to a new tab?

When I am putting content in my help articles, i would like for links within the help articles that lead to a different help article to go to a new tab instead of opening in the same tab which disrupts flow of information.

Hi @alyssa f11 that's a very interesting question and I did not find a solution to it. There is no built-in functionality in Intercom that would allow you to handle this so I played a bit with trying to put in not just the link but also the link attributes to try to get target="_blank" but haven't succeded. Looking at some Intercom articles I see that there are links that act differently. Some open in a new tab, and some within the same tab.

I hear that there will be a new version of articles coming in soon (I think it was mentioned in one of the Intercom events but do not hold me for that), so this might be supported in the near future. If not let's wishlist it @Product Wishlist .
