I have set up Google Analytics for Help Centre. I want to track the Source from where I get maximum traffic, No of users, and articles with the most views. Any recommendations?

I have set up Google Analytics for Help Centre. I want to track the Source from where I get maximum traffic, No of users, and articles with the most views. Any recommendations?

That's basic enough if you want those metrics. Google Analytics works well. But the overall number of views & who viewed it, the reactions etc. can be obtained from the Articles Report within Intercom. If the source and breakdown of those metrics by source are important to you, then sure go ahead and use google analytics.

Thanks for the reply Keerthi. Since I am just trying my hand on GA, I am finding it difficult to setup these specific reports on it.

These are some of the metrics I want to track to see the usage of our Knowledge base -

  1. Unique User visits to the help center articles
  2. The source of their visit
  3. The specific articles which got the most traffic (again with the source)

Have you set up anything similar? Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
