I have turned off all task bots and only have one custom bot which should show to all visitors, leads, and users. But for some reason, it only sometimes shows, and what appears to be a default bot will show when the custom bot does not.
Does anyone know how to make it so that your custom bot shows every time?

@user2529! Outbound custom bot, by default, will show only once for the visitors/leads and users unless you have opted to send it every time they match in the frequency and scheduling section. Here is a link to an article on how to send messages on a recurring schedule.
