How can we notify our customers it is after office hours?

How do we set up the custom bots to display a message that we will be back on the next business day once a customer contacts us after our business hours. Because right-now this is what it shows.Screen Shot 2022-08-12 at 5.34.13 AM

You can let your users know when your team will be back online with Task Bot! You will first need to set your office hours in your Messenger Settings:

Screen Shot 2022-08-15 at 7.42.57 PMNext turn on Share your typical reply time setting under Task Bot settings (for Leads and Users). Then if your user reaches out after your specified hours they will receive a reply like so:
