I am building a custom outbound bot where in one of the conversation flows I'm asking a visitor to submit 4 pieces of data. What is the best way to set this as a goal completion?

Once completed, the conversation will be routed to a Sales group. However, I'm having difficulty setting a goal with the desired structure.

Specifically, the questions are:

  1. Name
  2. Tel
  3. Email
  4. Credit Range

In goals, I can only set the "goal" related to one of the options in Credit Range. However, "completion" in my mind is actually just selecting any Credit Range option. This completes the 4 data points.

Is there a better/different way to approach this?

Hey @mike w11, it's currently not possible to set multiple attributes as a Goal for a Custom Bot, or indeed any kind of outbound messaging in Intercom.

My suggestion would be to forego the Goal setting for reporting on your Custom Bot, and add a follow up action to tag users once they've completed this particular part of your bot flow.

You can then filter your user list by this unique tag to determine how many of them meet the criteria.
