In a web app, I would like to show custom questions, based on the page they are in. This question is similar to this

As soon as the question is clicked, the same is passed on the the agent, and they can start the conversation. Is this feature available as of now?

Thanks.

Hey @sandesh !

Yes, this is possible on web apps by using “Current Page URL” rules. You can create multiple workflows and target certain URLs by using a rule like the below example. Then, the user can see one of the workflows based on which URL they are on.

In this example, the below Workflow would show up whenever the user starts a new conversation in the Messenger while on any URL that contains /example.

Hope this gives you the idea on how to achieve that. 😊
