I would like to add our privacy policy to the messenger for all of our clients to see. How that could be done the best way through Messenger? Am I able to add hyperlinks somehow to our team intro etc?

The best way to reach your goal is to add the "Content Showcase" app into messenger. Here's the instruction on how you can do that:
In this way, it's also possible to show text only to visitors (Users already accepted that terms during registration).

Hello Roy, how are you? I saw this and wanted to know if I can add one of my Conversation parameters as the link in this Content Showcase option. If not, is there another way to add a button with a dynamic link filled by one of my Conversation parameters?
