Is there a function to delete customer messages in new Inbox

Not delete notes, delete customer messages they have sent... with attachments of documents?

Hey @jack f​! Daniel from Customer Support Engineering here 🔧 

 

There sure is! You can delete a user's message by hovering over it with your mouse, and clicking the "..." that appears to the right of the message 👇

 

Annotation on 2022-08-30 at 14-44-21After that, a menu should appear with an option: "Delete message". This will also work for messages sent by teammates!

Hi Daniel,

I've been informed by one of our teammates of the following...

 

Using the steps below the messages does delete at first then when refreshed the message comes back. This did not used to happen on the old intercom but using the new version it keeps happening and multiple people have tried.
