Can I forward emails sent to a specific address refer to a specific team in Intercom?

For example, support@ourcompany.com to support, compliance@ourcomapny.com to the compliance team, or developers@ourcompany.com to our developers. So only the regarded team can see the emails and send replies.

Hey @leonard s 👋

This is possible with email forwarding set up and assignment rules. You can set up email forwarding and use assignment rules to make sure the emails get sent to the correct team's inbox.

The original sender of the email will be preserved as the user/lead the conversation is associated with.

If you use Gmail as your email client you can preserve the original sender when manually forwarding an email by using this Gmail/Zapier integration. This allows you to forward specific emails based on their labels or tags. Hope this helps 🙌
