I'm trying to do a first test by sending a message via WhatsApp.
I have already approved the template on Meta. However, when I select a lead to receive the message, I get this error.
Can someone help me by telling me how I should insert the variable in Meta's template manager?

I ran into the same issue with name variables. Try adding the variable as a number variable in Meta, I had no problem with that.
You then need to select the appropriate parameter in Intercom for each variable when creating the outbound message.
