Our company (Vertical - based in Chicago, IL) is new to Intercom and I personally am hoping to learn as much as possible about how to get the most out of it. We'll be leveraging product tours and support chats most heavily. But know that there are many more possibilities and depth to the platform. Hoping to be a visitor here regularly 👋
