My name is Eugenia, but everyone calls me Jacky since I'm 4 years old, hence the nickname ;)
I'm the Head of Customer Support at Reply.io - an email automation tool which utilises Intercom from its very beginning when I brought it with me from my previous job :) So I've been a fan of Intercom as a messenger solution since 2014.

Well, I can say the same about the email automation space - we at Reply are acing customer experience and all thanks to Intercom 😘
